HSR is published by Blackwell Publishing, Inc. for the Health Research and Educational Trust. In addition to providing subscribers with a timely publication, Blackwell provides a variety of enhanced online services to subscribers.

HSR now posts complete, peer reviewed, web-functional articles online up to several months in advance of the printed issue!  Intended to benefit authors and readers, OnlineEarly provides subscribers access to the latest in cutting-edge research and shortens the acceptance-to-publication time, a "reward" to authors for quick turnaround time by extending the period in which an article is most often cited.  Subscribers can access OnlineEarly articles at http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/links/toc/hsr.  AcademyHealth subscribers should log-in through the AcademyHealth website.
