HRET Leadership Fellowships

Whether your focus is improving patient safety or eliminating health disparities, one thing is certain: the time for quality improvement is now.

What are the HRET Fellowships?

The Fellowship program is a yearlong, intensive learning experience  that develops leadership competencies through a dynamic, structured learning community.

The Action Learning Project

Fellowship applicants propose an Action Learning Project, which is the heart of the Fellowship program.

What do Fellows learn?

The Fellowship is an intense educational experience  that involves project scoping, self-study modules, face-to-face meetings, and interactive affinity groups designed to support each Fellow's Action Learning Project.

Who becomes a Fellow?

The Fellows are a diverse group of motivated and innovative health care leaders working in some capacity with safety, quality, or cultural competence.
