Transforming health care through research and education.
Leveraging research and education to create a society of healthy communities, where all individuals reach their highest potential for health.
The Spread Assessment Tool identifies how readily an initiative will achieve widespread adoption. The tool ranks initiatives across four factors: environmental factors, innovation factors, target audience factors and organizational factors and produces a spread readiness score. That score can be used to identify initiatives that hold the most promise and to develop effective plans for dissemination.
