Participation Requirements

  • Participate in the entire 12-month intervention
  • Attend onboarding Webinars and access on-demand education modules as needed
  • Participate in monthly Virtual Learning Groups
  • Confer National Healthcare Safety Network rights to HRET or your State hospital association to provide CLABSI and/or CAUTI data
  • Meet internally as a team monthly to monitor CLABSI and/or CAUTI data and progress
  • Evaluate infection prevention practices at the beginning of the program using the ICU Assessment, to be provided to enrollees after program launch

Program length: 12 months
ICU enrollment deadline:
April 15, 2018
Program launch: April 30, 2018
