Below is the whitelisting information for Real Magnet. Part one includes instructions to recipients on how to whitelist at the desktop level. Part two includes instructions for recipient email administrators on how to whitelist at the server level.
Desktop Level Whitelisting
You will need to send your return email address to recipients who have desktop-level Spam filtering. They will have to indicate in their various email clients that your address and/or domain is a safe sender.
If the message contains images, you can use the “Click here to download pictures” bar to quickly add the sender to the safe list. To do this, right-click on the bar at the top of the message preview and choose “Add Sender to Safe Senders List.”
Server Level Whitelisting
