Completed proposals must arrive at HRET's office via e-mail submission to dpierce@aha.org no later than Monday, March 30, 2009 by 12 noon CT. Three print copies of the identical proposal, plus a signed original letter of transmittal must arrive at the HRET office no later than 12 noon CT, Tuesday, March 31, 2009.
