Senior Director, Leadership Education and Fellowships

Duffy is responsible for the strategic oversight of Fellowship programs and leads product and partnership development for Leadership Education and Fellowship programs. She works collaboratively across the AHA enterprise and with external partners to facilitate cutting edge programs for leaders committed to building and sustaining healthy organizations and communities. Duffy was the Director of Organizational Development for Baptist Healthcare System of South Carolina and prior to that worked for four years in hospital operations at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). She serves on several advisory committees and two Boards and brings fifteen years of experience in the fields of healthcare administration and leadership development with special interest in collaborative learning models. Duffy has a Masters in Health Administration from MUSC and a Bachelor's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill.
