Director of Operations, Fellowships
Shawn Foster is Director of Operations for the Fellowships and is responsible for developing timely educational programs and products related to community health, patient safety and health disparities. In previous years, she provided targeted site analysis and tools to 25 community health partnerships from the national Community Care Network (CCN) demonstration program. Before joining HRET in March 1997 she was a member service/market research assistant within AHA's Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development. As Assistant to the Administrator of LakeCrest Nursing Center in Merrillville, Indiana, Ms. Foster focused efforts toward improving patient and community relations. She has also worked with Planned Parenthood of Southern Indiana and the American Red Cross. Shawn has a BS in Public Health from Indiana University. |
