  • Possesses a passion for improving the health of our communities and advocating quality and safe health care for everyone.

  • Has fostered and created a culture of communication and collaboration within an organization or partnership effort.

  • Has encouraged and facilitated the implementation of novel and innovative ideas and strategies that has mobilized action and reform.
