As part of its 2005 Trust Award program, HRET, with support from the McKesson Corporation, reprinted a monograph on quality in health care authored by Brent James, M.D., M.Stat., recipient of this year's award. Entitled Quality Management for Health Care Delivery, this monograph was first printed in 1989 and still represents one of the best treatises on the fundamentals of quality improvement for providers.
