AHA Health Care System Reform Fellowship

The AHA Health Care System Reform Fellowship is a six-month highly- interactive learning experience designed to provide health care leaders with the tools and skills necessary to design, lead and manage emerging care delivery and payment models, such as medical homes, bundled payment arrangements, and accountable care organizations. Through a combination of in-person educational sessions and web seminars, participants will learn about the challenges and key success factors to implementing these models through first-hand accounts from organizations that have already started down the path. These sessions are specifically designed to allow Fellows to maximize their learning experience by directly interacting with their peers and the Fellowship faculty. Fellows will also complete a defined six-month project, with the goal of advancing their organizations efforts towards implementation of one of the care delivery models.

Patient Safety Leadership Fellowship

AHA-NPSF Patient Safety Leadership Fellowship is a yearlong intensive learning experience that develops leadership competencies and promotes breakthroughs in safety practices through a dynamic, highly participatory, and structured learning community. The Fellowship provides health care professionals across the country an opportunity to integrate innovative strategies into their day-to-day work and improve efforts to create a culture of safety in their organizations.
